Vesugen peptide: Metabolic / Longevity research guide
In short: Vesugen (Lys-Glu-Asp / KED, lab code T-38) is a synthetic tripeptide from the Khavinson short-peptide family, studied in vascular endothelial cultures, neuronal models and stem-cell cultures. It is studied in preclinical (cell and animal) research and is supplied strictly for laboratory use, not for human or clinical use.
Not medical advice. Vesugen is a research compound. This guide does not provide dosing, diagnosis, therapy recommendations, or claims about effects in humans.

Details and limits sit in the sections below. Research use only. No unsupported scientific claims are added here.
What Vesugen is
Vesugen (Lys-Glu-Asp, "KED") is a three-residue synthetic peptide from the Khavinson bioregulator family, studied in vascular endothelial, neuronal and stem-cell cultures.
One-paragraph overview from our research datasheet. Still scientific, but faster to read than the full mechanism list below.

Research contexts
Peer-reviewed papers discuss Vesugen in specific lab settings. The points below reflect research questions, not health claims.
Research vs. personal use: Literature describes experiments in cells and animals. That is distinct from real-world use. Our products are for laboratory research only.
Typical study contexts
Why Metabolic / Longevity research matters
Researchers study these compounds for mitochondrial function and cellular energy stress. Ageing and metabolic disease models are common.
Mechanisms (technical review)
Our datasheet lists mechanistic themes from preclinical work. These are research endpoints, not health claims.

Common Questions People Are Asking
What is Vesugen?
Vesugen is the name used for the synthetic tripeptide Lys-Glu-Asp (KED), lab code T-38, in the Khavinson short-peptide literature, which pairs it with vascular tissue. It is supplied here as a laboratory research powder only.
How is Vesugen related to Livagen, Pancragen, Testagen and Prostamax?
Each of those is Lys-Glu-Asp with one more residue at the end: alanine for Livagen, tryptophan for Pancragen, glycine for Testagen and proline for Prostamax. That is a sequence observation; the papers do not state a derivation.
What does the research on Vesugen show?
In endothelial cultures it was reported to normalise endothelin-1 and raise connexin, sirtuin-1 and Ki-67. In a transgenic mouse model it was reported to prevent dendritic spine loss, and further cell studies cover pineal, stem-cell and induced-neuron cultures. All of it is preclinical and from one research network.
Is there a Certificate of Analysis for Vesugen?
Not yet. No independent analytical report has been published for this material, so no purity figure is quoted.
Is there human data on Vesugen?
Two small Russian-language reports exist; both are single-group and neither is relied on here. No randomised trial was found. Vesugen is sold strictly for in-vitro and preclinical research, not for human or veterinary use.
Is this page medical advice? Can I use Vesugen for my health?
No, and no. This article is educational only. We do not provide dosing, medical recommendations, or health claims. Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research, not for personal use of any kind.
Where do I find Vesugen specs, purity certificates and pricing?
Open the shop listing via “View product details.” There you will see concentration, purity grade, and available SKUs with current pricing. No current Certificate of Analysis is published for Vesugen yet; published certificates are listed at /coa.
